Wendy |

Wendy is the Office Manager at Bilan Chiropractic. She was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. She moved to Anchorage in August 2005 looking for adventure. Wendy loves all the outdoor activities that Alaska has to offer. She got married in September 2008 and she and her husband are enjoying newlywed life. As a professional, she provides contract work to outside businesses including billing, accounts receivable and account payable services.
In August 2009, Wendy graduated from Charter College in the Medical Management Program, focusing on Coding and Billing. She is very personable, competent and loves working with and meeting new people. Her energetic and friendly demeanor gives each individual a sense of belonging at Bilan Chiropractic. Her clever wit and sense of humor provides additional enjoyment to your visit. She enjoys helping people and is committed to ensuring each patient’s comfort during their visit.
Wendy is very strong in her faith as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She is an active member and enjoys serving others through that capacity. She attributes her growth to her experience at Bilan Chiropractic and more specifically to Dr. Bilan himself. She is grateful for the guidance and knowledge that she has attained from her employment here. Wendy’s friendly enthusiasm will help you feel right at home at Bilan Chiropractic. |

Jessica |

Jessica is Bilan Chiropractic’s Front Desk Coordinator. She was born and raised in Anchorage, AK and enjoys calling this beautiful state home. Jessica has always been a lover of people and animals which makes Bilan Chiropractic the ideal work environment. Jessica has previously worked in customer care positions but has found a perfect fit here, where she is able to put her best qualities and abilities to use. Aside from the joy of getting to see patients improve with each visit she especially looks forward to the one on one interaction as they check in and out. Jessica’s dedication to patients and her welcoming demeanor contributes to the charm of Bilan Chiropractic. |

Jamie |

Jamie is a Chiropractic Assistant at Bilan Chiropractic. She has been with the company for 10 months and loves every minute of it. She has had the pleasure of working with people for 14 years in different fields, but she is most at home here and enjoys getting to know the patients and watching them as they get better with every visit.
Jamie got her degree from the University of Phoenix in Healthcare Administration and plans to continue her education in the near future. |

Randi |

Randi is a Chiropractic Assistant at Bilan Chiropractic. She was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and is a very proud wife and mother of one. She enjoys spending the beautiful Alaskan summers biking, hiking, camping and taking leisurely walks with family and friends. During the winter she lets her inner child show by enjoying activities such as sledding, ice skating and snowman building.
Randi has worked in the chiropractic field for two and a half years as a chiropractic assistant and is very proud to be part of the Bilan Chiropractic team. She enjoys providing different therapies to the patients and loves to see their smiling faces as they leave feeling relaxed and ready for their adjustments. |

Maureen |

Maureen is the Business Administrator at Bilan Chiropractic. Maureen has worked in the chiropractic health field since 1992. Always a proponent of natural and preventative health, she has trained in the areas of whole food products through Standard Process Labs Northwest, Fingernail and Tongue Diagnosis with Dr. Tsu-Tsair Chi of California, Japan and China, Morter Health Systems, Parker Chiropractic Seminars of Dallas, TX and various health and business related courses. In March 2011 she finished a 50 hour course receiving her completion of ‘Chiropractic Therapy Assistant’.
Maureen has volunteered for over 15 years with the Alaska Chiropractic Society, assisting with memberships, mailings, seminars and aiding with the continuing education for the doctors in the state, along with the chiropractic assistants.
Maureen brings a wealth of knowledge in personal injury and worker’s compensation billing as well as patient care and therapies. She is pleased to join the Bilan Chiropractic team. |

Christie |

Christie is our independent business consultant and owner of Assured Business Services. She has over ten years' insurance billing and collections experience. In May of 2004 she graduated with an accounting degree from UAA and took her business of six years to a new level. Christie was employed with Bilan Chiropractic for over two years and ventured out to pursue her business in January of 2006.
Presently Christie is assisting our business office with providing the utmost efficiency in processing difficult insurance, personal injury and worker's compensation disputes. She is here to help you and fine tune Bilan Chiropractic's expediency in resolving all your insurance consideration/ problems. She is a wonderful and effective resource in resolving all of your concerns and making you feel comfortable in receiving the care that you need at Bilan Chiropractic. |
