Dr. Bilan is originally from Rochester, New York. Dr. Bilan developed Bilan Chiropractic as a facility for people of all ages dedicated to the treatment of pain and its underlying causes. In order to achieve this goal, Dr. Bilan utilizes the most beneficial up-to-date chiropractic techniques and state-of-the-art physiotherapy modalities.

Education
Dr. Mark Bilan completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic (the founding college of Chiropractic) in Davenport, Iowa in 1989. He has taken additional courses in integrative quantum medicine, combining Eastern and Western ideology.
He is a Distinguished Fellow of the Palmer Academy of Chiropractic. A Fellow is the highest honorary degree that can be bestowed upon a professional.
